What the US does when they want to make problems around the world is they find some group that already has grievances with whoever they want to destroy.
When they are doing color revolutions, as we are seeing in Georgia, they go for the grievance tri-force of women, homosexuals, and students. That is a standard play. When they are doing war, they find minority groups and political extremists.
They supported neo-Nazis in the Ukraine. Their anti-Taliban coalition in Afghanistan was mostly made of non-Pashtun ethnics. In Myanmar, they are arming both communists and ethnic minority groups. They do the same in Syria, funding Islamist terrorists and Kurds.
RT:
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), a US-backed military coalition dominated by Kurdish groups, has seized the eastern Syrian city of Deir ez-Zor, according to Reuters. Two security sources based in eastern Syria have reportedly told the outlet that the SDF had taken full control of the city by Friday afternoon.
SDF forces also reportedly control several neighborhoods in Aleppo that are encircled by islamist insurgents.
Activists from a local media outlet with contacts in the city told Reuters that Syrian government forces and Iraqi fighters backed by Iran had withdrawn from Deir ez-Zor before the SDF stormed in.
The SDF was reportedly also advancing towards the Syrian town of Albukamal, an Iraqi security source claimed, noting that the border-city could be seized within the next 24 hours.
The SDF advance follows last week’s surprise assault by militant forces in Syria, which was led by the terrorist group Hayat Tahrir-al-Sham (HTS), formerly known as Jabhat al-Nusra. The insurgents have driven back government forces and captured significant chunks of territory in Aleppo and Idlib and surrounded the key city of Hama on Thursday. They are advancing towards Syria’s third-largest city, Homs, according to media reports on Friday.
The general commander of SDF, Mazloum Abdi, reportedly said on Friday they have been in touch with the HTS.
“We have contact with Tahrir al-Sham through many channels, typically regarding the protection of our people in Aleppo. Apparently, we have never clashed with them,” Abdi told journalists during a press conference on Friday, as quoted by Rudaw Media Network.
They have more than “contacts.” It’s been well-established that these groups are allied together, with both of them funded, trained, and armed by the United States.
This is a decent livemap site to allow you to understand the basic situation in Syria.
The war never really ended, it just cooled down. During the hot part of the war, the “Syrian Democratic Forces,” which is a Kurdish terrorist group, ethnically cleansed much of the northeast of the country along the border with Turkey and Iraq, where the Kurds are attempting to establish a Kurdistan state.
Whenever the US talks about how the “rules-based order” means that Russia cannot change the borders of the Ukraine, everyone brings up the fact that the US government changed the borders of Serbia. Although that is a good example, their support of Kurdistan, right now, is perhaps more apt.
Going back to when he was Vice-President, Joe Biden has pushed for the establishment of a Kurdistani state through stealing land from Syria, Turkey, and Iraq. All the war back during the Iraq war, the US faggots established an autonomous Kurd region inside of Iraq. After the US began withdrawing its troops from Iraq, the Iraqis attempted to get back control of this territory, and the US began bombing the Iraqi military to protect the Kurds. It was very natural for Obama to support Kurd terrorist groups in Syria, which they had already trained and heavily armed inside of Iraq, and of course, instead of calling it the “Socialist Kurdistan Liberation Front,” call it “Syrian Democratic Forces.”
The US government propaganda got faggots soyjaking over the fact that the SDF, like their Israeli allies, does photo-ops with women soldiers.
In real life, there is no such thing as a “Vagina Army,” but it sells. The red star is a nice touch. This was all over the “current thing” Twitter accounts when the war was hot, and no doubt will be again soon.
It was very obvious that part of the US-Israel plan for the region was going to involve the reactivation of the “Syrian Civil War.” I had been saying this since the beginning.
This will all just play out the same. There will be massive movements of “refugees” (most of whom will not be actual refugees) into Europe and the media/government will say this is Assad’s fault and that’s why we need to keep supporting terrorists in the region.
Syria is right in the Middle of all of this, bordering Israel and connected to Iran through the “Shia Belt” that runs through Iraq. The US has proven that they can operate large-scale operations in the country, and this is clearly what they are going for.
Based on what I’ve seen, it’s not particularly relevant that this flair-up happened during the transition period. Biden and Trump both have the same policies on the Middle East, an “everything for Israel” approach, so the timing is likely a coincidence. However, this is obviously going to play a big part in the coming US escalations in the region that will happen under Trump’s government.
Most likely, there will be a new ISIS, and the right in America will make the argument they are fighting them, while the left is fed images of female soldiers doing a socialist revolution against the patriarchy. Americans will support it, because they will support anything. The right will be told it’s a masculine endeavor to take out the terrorists, while the left will be convinced Trump is not doing enough for “Vagina Army.”
