A 19-year-old was shot and killed by a motorcyclist early Saturday morning on the eastbound 10 Freeway in Covina.
The rider of a black Harley Davidson-style bike fired a number of pictures into the passenger aspect of a white Chevrolet Camaro, hanging the automobile and killing the 19-year-old driver, based on a launch from the California Freeway Patrol.
The driving force was from Bloomington in San Bernardino County, the discharge stated. He was recognized by the medical expert’s workplace as Alexander Espino.
Police responded to the assault at 2:16 a.m. A male passenger within the Camaro, who was unhurt, helped steer the automobile to the By way of Verde Road offramp of the freeway and referred to as 911, police stated.
Espino was pronounced lifeless on the scene by the Los Angeles County Fireplace Division.
The CHP closed the freeway for the investigation into Espino’s demise, reopening the route about 8 a.m. Saturday.
