MEXICO CITY — Winds from a fierce electrical storm battered a stage and precipitated it to break down throughout a rally that includes a presidential candidate on Wednesday evening, within the suburbs of the northern metropolis of Monterrey.
Samuel García, the governor of Nuevo Leon state, stated the demise toll had climbed to 5, and that an extra 50 have been injured.
