Ruben Amorim says Amad Diallo has picked up a knock and is doubtful for today’s FA Cup third round tie against Arsenal at the Emirates.
Amorim has also confirmed Altay Bayindir will start in goal for this afternoon’s game.
He also told club media that Jonny Evans, Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof and Mason Mount remain unavailable.
We have a hunch Leny Yoro will be given a start in the back three, with Matthijs de Ligt or Harry Maguire being rested.
Lisandro Martinez had a good game at Anfield last time out and so is likely to continue.
The wingbacks are likely to be unchanged, with Noussair Mazraoui on the right and Diogo Dalot on the left.
We also expect Kobbie Mainoo and Manu Ugarte to continue as the midfield pairing after their excellent performances last Sunday.
Christian Eriksen and Casemiro are other options.
Up front, if Amad is not available or if Amorim doesn’t want to risk him, his obvious replacement is Alejandro Garnacho, who came off the bench to get an assist against Liverpool.
Bruno Fernandes would switch from left to right inside forward in that case.
Antony is an alternative option. Marcus Rashford could also be recalled.
Spearheading the attack, we could see Josh Zirkzee getting another chance to prove his worth.
Rasmus Hojlund has really struggled for form in the last few weeks so it would make sense to give the Dutchman a run out.
With all that in mind, here is our predicted XI for the game:
