An Orange County liver physician was arrested after being accused of groping two feminine sufferers throughout medical examinations, prosecutors stated.
Dr. John Carl Hoefs, 79, faces seven counts of sexual battery for allegedly fondling the ladies’s breasts throughout exams, in line with the Orange County district legal professional’s workplace.
