On Married At First Sight, Michelle Tomblin agrees to give her marriage a try, but just can’t stop taking jabs at David Trimble who feels like a punching bag. Ikechi Ojore whines about Emem Obot moving too fast for him. Karla Juarez lays it on the line for Juan Franco. And Madison Myers and Allen Slovick play twister with some surprising results. Married At First Sight: Michelle Makes David Feel Beaten Down

On Married At First Sight, Michelle Tomblin just isn’t feeling the connection with her match David Trimble. But she hangs in there to give the experiment another chance. At first it seems promising. Michelle takes David to get his brows groomed by her lifelong friend. Her friend is put at ease by David’s easygoing nature. Afterward they both sport fresh brows and a new attitude. Until he takes her bowling with his friends.

It doesn’t take long for Michelle Tomblin to start taking jabs at David in between her shots on the lanes. She can’t get past his “small time” lifestyle. Translation: living in his parent’s basement. His friends are a little put off by her criticisms. And admit they are surprised she’s not head over heels. David Trimble admits to production he’s feeling a little defeated. Like a punching bag to be exact. Michelle admits her expectations may be too high.

Married At First Sight expert Dr.Pia Holec is called in to assess the issues. First solo with Michelle Tomblin. Who suggests she feels she might be settling for less than she deserves since David isn’t showing he can be a provider. Pia says he is a provider of emotional support. But later when they meet with Pia Holec again as a couple, Michelle Tomblin is annoyed when it’s thrown out that David fits what she asked for down to the tattoos and beard. She just wasn’t expecting living in a basement with a kegerator as part of the deal.

Married At First Sight: Ikechi Ojore Finds Emem Obot Too Aggressive

Things got weird with MAFS couple Ikechi Ojore and Emem Obot. After the housewarming party, Emem confides to friends over seafood boil. She’s upset by him calling her aggressive. She thought she was just being direct. Emem consults Dr. Pia Holec to counsel the couple. Ikechi comes in with a bad attitude. Dr. Pia quickly checks him for being passive aggressive. Ikechi blathers Emem is pushy and forcing intimacy before they really know each other.

Emem Obot explains that she didn’t feel asking questions about what he wanted to be aggressive. The Married At First sight couple each tell their side of the story. Emem reveals that since he placed her hand near his “nether region” on the honeymoon it was ok to assume he was down for intimacy. But he says being from the south he’s not used to rushing in even though they are married. Later he stops by her place of work, and they agree to start over.

MAFS Couple Karla Juarez and Juan Franco Not on the Same Page

Juan Franco is an early riser even on the weekends. His Married At First Sight bride Karla Juarez is a bit more leisurely. She’s prone to sleeping till noon while Juan completes a 30 mile bike ride through the city. So, Juan’s visibly annoyed to find her just waking up when he returns. The two discuss goals and entrepreneurship. Karla says she knew she wanted to do hair from a young age and focused on graduating beauty school. Juan was a high school soccer star and a model.

They jaw about helping each other succeed in their respective business ventures. But Karla Juarez needs more. She explains that while she has a loving family, they weren’t exactly affectionate. And she’s craving that physical touch from her ex-model husband. Juan chews his food on both sides and tries to explain that he’s just not there yet with the physical chemistry. In spite of Karla’s beauty. Yawn. These two just aren’t on the same page. Or even in the same book.

Married At First Sight: One Couple Gets Closer

Thomas McDonald and Camille Parsons haven’t been without strife. But they are the first couple on this season of Married At First Sight to consummate the marriage. Thomas surprises Camille with a massage and some champagne and yada yada yada. Dr.Pia Holec loves this development. Still on a high, they visit a jewelry store. Where Camille treats Thomas to a pair of diamond studs. He tries on some expensive ice. Camille Parsons admits he’s definitely upped the “swag-ometer”.

It was less of a nice morning after for Madison Myers and Allen Slovick. The pair partied at a bar on Allen’s birthday. And he felt she was ignoring him. So he dipped while Madison was in the bathroom. Then skipped the flag football game Madison put together for the cast. He bailed not so much due to a hangover. But more to get back at her for ignoring him at the bar. Madison finds this triggering. And the two sit with Dr. Pia Holec.

She gives the couple an assignment designed to bring them closer on Married At First Sight. It involves provocative questions and twister. With the help of some oaky Chardonnay, they actually have a good time. Allen praises Madison’s looks and admits his favorite position is cowgirl or reverse. Madison admits she has thought of Allen in a sexual way. And that she’s also commando at the moment. But that’s as far as it got. Till next time!
