An argument between two males in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday evening ended with one killing the opposite with a machete, police stated.
Officers responded to a murder name within the 500 block of South Los Angeles Avenue after 11 p.m. Thursday and located a person with wounds to his neck, Los Angeles police Officer Jeff Lee stated.
The person had been attacked with a machete, police stated. His assailant ran west on sixth Avenue and has not been arrested.
Paramedics rushed the injured man to the hospital, the place he was pronounced useless, Lee stated.
An investigation into the assault is ongoing.
