Love Is Blind star Taylor Krause has seen the rampant fan theories that she inspired show fiancé Garrett Josemans’ glow-up.
“Breakup glow-up or wifey effect?” Taylor, 30, captioned a Friday, October 11, TikTok video of herself.
In the clip, Taylor wore sunglasses while looking at a recent Instagram photo of Garrett, 33, after he grew his hair out. She added the text, “But was it me?” over the video of herself side-eyeing the camera.
Taylor then lip-synched the phrase, “Someone cooked here,” indicating the slang term for teaching a man something positive.
Taylor and Garrett got engaged in the season 7 pods when the show came to Washington, D.C. in October 2023. After the show began airing earlier this month, fans realized from recent social media posts last month that Garrett had grown out his hair and upgraded his style. (On Love Is Blind, Garrett even proclaimed that he would be getting a haircut because “Taylor doesn’t like [his] hair.”)
The fans quickly wondered if Taylor had influenced his style, citing season 1’s Cameron Hamilton and season 3’s Brennon Lemieux as fellow Love Is Blind participants who received style and social media glow-ups between filming and Netflix releases. Hamilton and Lemieux are both still married to their respective show fiancées, Lauren Speed-Hamilton and Alexa Lemieux.
In the comments of Taylor’s latest TikTok, one social media user complimented the Netflix personality for her apparent role in Garrett’s newfound style prowess.

“Someone marinated, seasoned, sautéed and COOKED! You did your thing,” the fan wrote.
Taylor replied, “Compliments to the chef 😘.”
It is not known whether Taylor and Garrett ended up getting married as Love Is Blind is still rolling out new episodes. Elsewhere in the comments, Taylor made it clear that her video was made in jest no matter the show’s outcome.
“I really appreciate all the support from show viewers and not trying to ruin anything for anyone,” she said in a separate TikTok comment. “Just trying to make some funny videos! You can probably see some couples that you know already break up, share photos together on IG from their time on the show together.”
Taylor continued, “I can totally understand the assumptions being made about the end of the show from a post, but I hope y’all think I’m mature enough that even if we did not end up together, I could poke fun on social media afterward.”
Garrett has also seen the fan speculation, captioning a Thursday, October 10, Instagram pic with Taylor, “Brb, Googling ‘Glow Up.”
Love Is Blind season 7 is currently streaming on Netflix. New episodes drop Wednesdays. The reunion airs Wednesday, October 30, at 9 p.m. ET.
