The US is demanding that all of their vassals implode their own economies in order to punish the Chinese.
Many in Europe are not interested in doing this. Surely Germany is not particularly interested, after the US “war for my gay anus” in the Ukraine destroyed their production capacity which they are now trying to move to China.
Germany on Friday will vote against the introduction of European Union tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, people with knowledge of the matter told Reuters on Thursday.Germany abstained in a first non-binding vote in July on the European Commission’s proposal to impose the tariffs, but since then industry has pressured German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to vote against the measure in Friday’s vote by European Union member states.
The Commission’s proposal can be implemented unless a qualified majority of 15 EU members, representing 65% of the EU population vote against it, in what is a very high hurdle.
Reuters reported on Wednesday that France, Greece, Italy and Poland will vote in favour, which would be enough to push through the EU’s highest profile trade measures.
Hungary, of course, has been pushing a hard pro-China line.
As the EU considers making tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles permanent, Hungary is pushing back.

Spain, which I guess still exists even though you don’t hear about it very often, also thinks it is insane to legislate a requirement for electric cars and then ban the best and cheapest electric cars from being imported.
The European Union should seek a compromise and negotiated outcome with China, Spain said on Thursday, on the eve of a crucial EU vote on electric vehicle (EV) tariffs.Instead of imposing tariffs, the EU should “keep negotiations open … beyond the binding vote” to strike a deal on prices as well as the relocation of battery production to the bloc, Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo said in a letter to the European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis seen by Reuters.
“There is a lot at stake for our domestic industry,” Cuerpo wrote, noting that Spain is the EU’s second-largest car producer.
“We need to strike the right balance, technically and politically, to ensure that we both defend our industrial interests, and avoid a large-scale confrontation with strategic players such as China,” Cuerpo added.
No Western EV maker can compare to the top Chinese companies, or even come anywhere remotely close.

It was the democracy plan to require these EVs, then China made the best ones. Now these freaks are trying to further social engineer because Chinese people are heterosexuals.
