DOOL spoilers divulge that JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jiminez) get closer as midnight strikes on New Year’s Eve. They have begun seeing each other again. In fact, JJ and Gabi dated years ago. However, after several dramatic events, they broke up and went their separate ways.
Yet, when JJ Deveraux returned to Salem to mourn Doug Williams (Bill Hayes), he bumped into Gabi Hernandez again. Further, Days of our Lives recaps show JJ asking Gabi to help on the mission to catch Clyde Weston (James Read) and locate his dead sister’s remains.
Of course, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) has her misgivings about JJ spending time with Gabi. Elsewhere, Gabi’s cousin Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) sees his cousin still has a thing for her ex-boyfriend. He even pushes her to say yes to drinks and dinner.
