Leny Yoro starts his first competitive match for Manchester United this evening as the Red Devils welcome Nottingham Forest to Old Trafford.
Yoro got minutes against Arsenal in midweek and performed well. Fans will be excited to finally welcome him to his new home ground after missing the start of the season with a broken metatarsal.
He comes in for Harry Maguire, who drops to the bench.
With Ruben Amorim rotating his sides regularly, it was widely expected that Marcus Rashford would return to the starting XI today, having been rested against the Gunners. But he does not, with Amorim preferring Alejandro Garnacho.
He is joined in attack by Bruno Fernandes and Rasmus Hojlund.
Despite Amorim hinting he would be rested, Manu Ugarte starts in central midfield alongside Kobbie Mainoo.
Once again there is no place for Christian Eriksen or Casemiro.
In defence, Matthijs de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez join Yoro in the back three, with Amad and Diogo Dalot the wingbacks.
Martinez is returning from suspension and replaces Noussair Mazraoui, who is rested.
Andre Onana is in goal.
There is a strong subs bench at Amorim’s disposal, including Altay Bayindir, Maguire, Tyrell Malacia, Mazraoui, Casemiro, Eriksen, Mason Mount, Rashford and Josh Zirkzee.
Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw are injured.
There is no place for Antony in the squad.
Three points are up for grabs — let’s go make them ours 😤👊#MUFC || #MUNNFO
