Tustin police are investigating the alleged theft of a member of the U.S. Secret Service whose possessions have been taken at gunpoint.
On Saturday at 9:36 p.m., officers responded to a name of a doable theft on the Tustin Subject 1 residential group at Tustin Legacy — a former navy base turned residential growth.
Upon arriving, the officers found the sufferer was a member of the U.S. Secret Service whose bag was stolen at gunpoint, based on a police report. Throughout the incident, officers state, a capturing occurred between the alleged robber and the agent.
